USM&P is looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to share their love for dogs and cats by talking with pet owners about the exceptional nutritional benefits of Science Diet® brand pet foods.

Our demonstrators serve as Nutritional Experts and Sales Consultants who are highly trained and energetic with a passion for the health and happiness of dogs and cats. Demo shifts are 4 hour shifts in premium pet stores on Saturdays and Sundays with possibilities for additional days. A typical workweek is approximately 9 hours that includes web-based reporting and paperwork. Additional program expansion may lead to the opportunity to work 4 to 5 days a week.

Pre-Requisites/Skills

  • Pet owner
  • Selling Ability
  • Must have Internet access and proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Confidentiality
  • Previous experience in demonstration/assisted sales programs
  • Ability to remain motivated over a long period of time
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others and autonomously
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation and room in vehicle to carry materials such as demo booth
